DOCTOR CEDRIC ROUSON
Reverend Doctor Cedric D. Rouson is regarded as one of Coastal Virginia’s most respected Millennial pastors and generational bridge builders. He serves as the lead pastor of The Place of Change, where he succeeded his parents Bishop A. Ray and the late Rev. Christina Rouson.
His preparation for ministry includes undergraduate studies in religion at Liberty University, a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University.
His passion for leadership excellence, relationship building, family empowerment and personal restoration provide him ongoing platforms to fulfill purpose as a preacher, teacher, coach, strategist, facilitator and mentor.
Pastor Rouson is also a highly respected musician, writer and arranger, whose musical gift developed from 3 years of age, and has provided him opportunities to perform, write and record music throughout the United States, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland and India.
He proudly shares life and ministry with his wife Nadia, a mental health counselor and educator. They share a burden for the restoration of hurting souls and can be found seeking to bring transformation to all they encounter by God’s grace. The Rousons are blessed to nurture the life of their two sons, Creeden and Caden.
