LADY NADIA ROUSON
Class, character, grace, and authenticity speak to how Nadia Rae Rouson embodies the principle of what it means to be a ‘leading lady’. She has dedicated her life and heart to caring for and empowering the lives of people in search for wholeness and purpose. “Lady Rae”, as she is often affectionately called, is called upon as a mentor, teacher, counselor, speaker and leader within her generation. Her profession and passion allow her to bridge the two worlds of education and mental health counseling as a career professional and advocate for families.
Lady Rouson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bennett College and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Counseling, with an emphasis on Marriage and Family from Liberty University.
She is happily married to Dr. Cedric D. Rouson and is distinguished as the Leading Lady of The Place of Change of Chesapeake, VA, where her husband serves as lead pastor. Together, they share a burden for the transformation of hurting people and can be found helping to bring restoration to all they encounter.
The Rousons are blessed to nurture the lives of their two sons, Creeden Darnell and Caden Donnell.
